Description: G&O is responsible for the facilitation, coordination, and documentation of monthly Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) interagency review meetings. G&O's Environmental Managers were selected based on their experience as in-house staff and their familiarity with Maryland's streamlined environmental and regulatory process. These meetings are attended by representatives from numerous federal, state, and local agencies. They serve as a standing forum for SHA to invite comments and open discussion among various project groups and the attending agency representatives.

Significant Facts:

• Mock presentations are held monthly for project teams to review their presentation prior to presenting to the agencies. G&O attends these and provides feedback and suggestions for the final presentation.
• G&O assisted SHA in developing a PowerPoint template for presentations to guide SHA Project and Environmental Managers in presenting the appropriate data in compliance with SHA graphic standards and the varying stages of the planning process.
