Description: G&O provided comprehensive engineering and design services to the West Virginia Division of Highways to replace the Boothsville T-beam Bridge which carries WV Route 73/73 over Hustead Run. The previous two-span, concrete T-beam Bridge was in a state of distress.

• The bridge is located on a reverse curve horizontal alignment.
• A detour road and bridge were developed in staged construction schemes to accommodate traffic during construction of the bridge.
• To satisfy the Historic Preservation Office requirements for this bridge site, form-liners were used on the concrete parapets and the abutments to simulate a stone facade.
