Description: This stormwater management project is a solution created by the Morgantown Utility Board to reduce flooding and improve quality in watershed areas of the two creeks that run through Morgantown. The total cost of the construction is expected to be $8.5M. Funding was provided by the West Virginia Division of Highways, the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, and the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
