Project Services: G&O managed the Building Performance Assessment Team (BPAT), provided all logistical support, and prepared the BPAT report, which contained observations of damage to the Murrah building and other surrounding buildings, detailed design information of the Murrah building, and recommendations for design of future federal buildings.
