Description: G&O is providing civil, structural, and transportation engineering on a 175-acre site to relocate personnel from Ft. Bragg, NC to Eglin Air Force Base, FL as part of a Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) mandate for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Mobile (AL) District.

Significant Facts:

• This project encompasses 25 buildings in a campus setting and involves 3 architectural firms with a construction value of $110M.
• For this project, 4 G&O offices, and 2 market groups have collaborated efforts: civil work is being done in Raleigh (NC); traffic and transportation work is being done in Tampa (FL) and Jacksonville (FL); and the structural work is being done in Pensacola (FL).
