Description: Master Plan, Al Musanah Air Base. As a subcontractor to the U.S. Air Force Central Command (USAFCENT) G&O developed a master plan for a new War Readiness Materials (WRM) storage facility and associated buildings – more than 1M square feet – at Al Musanah Air Base in Oman, at the easternmost corner of the Arabian peninsula.

Significant Facts:

• WRM storage includes all portable facilities necessary to support the establishment of expeditionary air force base camps anywhere in the world – and include living facilities, dining facilities, laundry, medical, etc.
• This is the second master planning project G&O has performed for USAFCENT.
• This project is a coordinated effort with the Laurel, MD office and the Raleigh, NC office.
