Description: Design/Build/Manage Project for Residential Community Initiative. Under the U.S. Army's Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) program, G&O is providing site/civil design services at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia. The project encompasses the ownership and management of 2,070 Army family houses in all 14 housing villages within Ft. Belvoir. More than 1600 homes will be replaced with new luxury, single family homes, and 170 historic buildings will be renovated.

Significant Facts:

• The RCI project includes a 50-year master for Fort Belvoir, extensive interior housing renovations, and numerous new amenities.
