Description: Indefinite Delivery Type Contract for Master Planning Services. In 2005, the Base Realignment and Closure Commission's (BRAC) decision to close Ft. Monmouth in NJ and move virtually all of the Army's communications and electronics research to Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) in Maryland. This closure will result in relocating about 7,000 personnel to APG and will entail extensive construction and renovations to accommodate this influx of people. This project will transform APG into the Army's center of excellence in electronics technology research and development.

Project Services: G&O is managing the contract, organizing staff and subcontractor teams to execute delivery orders, reporting progress to the Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District, directing individual delivery orders and tasks, providing Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) on deliverables, and producing draft and final documents for submission.
