Description: Master Planning Support to New Campus East (NCE). G&O is providing master planning services and conceptual design services to support NCE in occupying a new consolidated campus by 2011 at the Engineering Proving Ground, Fort Belvoir VA. The project will relocate 8,500 personnel from multiple DC area facilities into 2.4 million gross square feet of new administrative buildings, a mission critical computer/data facility, parking structures, and other infrastructure. The estimated construction cost is $1.5B.

Significant Facts:

• G&O has been supporting the New Campus East consolidation and BRAC effort since March 2005 with quality planning documents and highly responsive and professional service. Our work is the cornerstone of NCE's consolidation and BRAC efforts, and a key to their current posture as a leader in BRAC implementation.
• Comprehensive surveys /interviews of existing operations and planned growth through 2011, to define space allocation requirements by organization and establish design standards.
