Ten buildings, ranging from 4-16 stories, with more than 2 million SF of retail and restaurant space, condominiums and apartments, two hotels, a 14-screen, 3,000-seat movie theatre, two parking garages, and a large chain grocery store are in various phases of planning, development, or construction.

• Construction on this site began in 1999 and will continue through 2009.
• This is a mixed-use transportation site (across from a metro rail station), with 5 stories of underground parking and 6 stories of above-ground parking.
