Description: A 77-acre site, with a planned final build-out of five multi-story buildings, containing approximately 660,000 square feet of office space, and 3,900 parking spaces. The campus contains an interior roadway network with two egress points onto existing state roads, on grade parking, landscaping, buffer areas, stormwater management pond, and walking trails. Future amenities include employee recreation areas.

Significant Facts:

• G&O designed a 1,500-foot, 4-lane divided circular entrance road and a 3-lane interior circulation road that traverse the planned four-building hub.
• 600,000 cubic yards of earth were moved to balance the cut/fill, as the site topography varied in elevation by 100 feet.
