Description: Villages of Westport is a mixed-use development located on 2,000 acres in northern Jacksonville. The project is a Regional Activity Center and will include retail shops, office space, light industrial, community recreation areas, and 1,850 residential dwellings.

Project Services: G&O completed the master drainage and utility plan for the 2,000-acre mixed-use project. Other services include provided the design of the roadways, drainage infrastructure, water distribution system, sanitary sewer collection system, and storm water management for the initial 550 single family lots for the first three phases of development.
