Branch Manager
LAUREL, MD – June 25, 2009 – Engineering consulting firm Greenhorne & O'Mara (G&O) announces the hiring of James D. Huebsch, P.E., as the Branch Manager of the Tampa Bay, FL office. Mr. Huebsch is responsible for all operations in the Tampa Bay office, and is an integral part of the Transportation operations in Florida.
Mr. Huebsch has more than 33 years of experience in the transportation field. He has managed transportation projects for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and private clients. He is an expert in the area of operations – scheduling, staffing, and financial management and in the project management of complex and unique projects. He was Project Director and Senior Bridge Engineer on the Design Build six lane project of I-95 from I-4 to U.S. 92 in Volusia County for FDOT District 5.

Mr. Huebsch earned his Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Clarkson College of Technology. His is a licensed P.E. in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina, and is a member of the Florida Institute of Consulting Engineers Transportation Committee and the Florida Institute of Consulting Engineers Negotiations Task Team.
