Greenhorne & O'Mara Engineer Earns LEED AP Accreditation

LAUREL, MD – June 12, 2009 – Engineering consulting firm Greenhorne & O'Mara (G&O) announced that Asko Miljkovic, LEED AP, recently earned the Green Building Certification Institute's (GBCI) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Accredited Professional (AP) status.

LEED AP is a professional designation earned when an individual successfully completes the examination process accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council. Those receiving the certification are building industry professionals who have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building and the LEED® Green Building Rating System™.

Mr. Miljkovic has more than 20 years of international engineering experience and specializes in land development site design including grading, sediment control, water, sewer, stormwater management, and storm drain design.
