Greenhorne & O’Mara (G&O) Appoints Ingrid D. Phillips as Vice President

LAUREL, MD – August 3, 2007 – The engineering consulting firm of Greenhorne & O’Mara (G&O) announces the appointment of Ingrid D. Phillips as Vice President, in addition to her current positions of Controller and Assistant Treasurer.

"We are very pleased to have Ingrid assume this new role, " said John J. Healey, Ph.D., P.E., G&O Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "In her 8 years with the company, she has made significant contributions to our internal reporting and accounting practices. She is a great asset to G&O."

Ms. Phillips has more than 28 years of experience in accounting, finance and business operations. She has held positions with the World Bank, and with consulting firms Booz Allen Hamilton, Weston Solutions, and Affiliated Computer Services. Ms. Phillips holds a B.S. from Columbia Union College and an M.B.A. from the George Washington University.
