LAUREL, MD – April 4, 2007 – Engineering Consulting firm Greenhorne & O'Mara announces that Frederick J. Wagner, P.E., Senior Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Transportation, has been selected as a new voting member of the G&O Board of Directors. Mr. Wagner is responsible for all G&O transportation operations in the Mid-Atlantic.

Mr. Wagner is a graduate of Clarkson University, with a Bachelor of Science and Masters degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland and Delaware, and is a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Institute of Transportation Engineers, the Maryland Association of Engineers, and the County Engineers Association of Maryland. In 2005, Mr. Wagner was President of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC)/Maryland.
