Greenhorne & O'Mara (G&O) Among Washington, D.C. Metro Area's Largest Engineering Firms

LAUREL, MD – July 10, 2006 – Greenhorne & O'Mara (G&O), engineering consulting firm, has been recognized by the Washington Business Journal for being among the largest engineering firms in the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. region. Rankings are based on the firms' 2005 metro area engineering billings, and G&O placed 14th in the region's top 25 firms.

G&O has provided consulting engineering services for such projects as Fed Ex Field in Prince George's County, MD; the U.S. Food and Drug Administration Campus Consolidation in White Oak, MD; the Maryland State Highway Administration's MD 32 Interchange near MD 198 at Fort Meade; and the World Trade Center Building Performance Assessment Team Study for the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
