LAUREL, MD – February 7, 2006 – In response to a large floodplain mapping contract with the state of North Carolina, Greenhorne & O'Mara (G&O), national engineering consulting firm, has expanded its Water and Environment team. The Raleigh, North Carolina branch office of G&O announces the addition of Steven Bondor, P.E., Senior Project Manager, and Bryan Weber, Project Manager. Mr. Bondor is responsible for administrative and technical management, and engineering design for the floodplain mapping project, and Mr. Weber is primarily responsible for the technical management of mapping and GIS projects in support of this project.

With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Bondor has performed project management, and has been responsible for the technical design of highways, hydraulics and drainage, stream restoration, site and infrastructure design, stormwater management, and construction administration. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in three states.
A graduate of Appalachian State University with a B.S. degree in Geography, Mr. Weber has extensive experience in GIS techniques and analyses, Global Positioning Systems, and Remote Sensing systems.
