GREENBELT, MD – July 12, 2005 – Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc. (G&O), engineering consulting firm, announces the appointments of Matthew M. Crawford, P.L.S., to Survey Department Head; Joseph E. Garceau, P.E., to Civil/Development Department Head; and Steven L. Scott, P.E., as Transportation Engineering Department Head to lead G&O's growing Raleigh markets. This management team is responsible for meeting the increasing needs of the federal, state and local government, and the private sector in North Carolina.
