FTP users: please click the FTP Login button to access G&O's FTP server. User name and password are required. G&O's FTP server does not accept anonymous connections.

If you see a "page cannot be displayed" error message in IE after clicking the FTP Login button, you may need to change a browser setting in IE.

Try this (IE6 users):

• Go to Tools / Internet Options / click on Advanced tab.
• Look under Browsing and make sure Enable Folder View for FTP Sites is checked.
• Scroll down and make sure Show Friendly HTTP Error Messages is unchecked.
• Click the Apply button, then OK.
• Click the FTP Login button.

This is a known IE browser error and not a G&O issue. If you have FTP problems with IE, you may want to try another browser, such as Firefox.
