Qualities we look for in our candidates:
There are many majors out there, some more relevant to our services than others. If you have a major outside of our list, but you have an interest or work experience in a related area, we want to hear from you. G&O is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm, which means we have a wide array of professionals with diverse backgrounds and experience. If you have an interest in our services, we'll do our best to work with you to find an opportunity within our organization.

Qualities we look for in recent graduates:

  • Strong grade point average.
  • EIT certified is a strong plus if you're an Engineer.
  • Relevant work experience through internships and co-ops is a strong plus.
  • Great communication skills — both written and verbal are always important.
  • Must be a team-player. G&O functions in a very team-oriented environment. The ability to interact and work well in a group is of utmost importance. Having good interpersonal skills, asking questions, listening skills, and sensitivity to others, are all important skills to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn, grow, and succeed!
