G&O reimburses tuition at all levels of education, ranging from AA degree to PhD. The tuition assistance program is offered to all employees that are enrolled in college-approved programs. The employee must receive a "C" or better in undergraduate courses, and a "B" or better in graduate courses. Employees are not restricted to specific universities, and are encouraged to attend the school of their choice.

Professional Licenses and Registration
G&O encourages our employees to seek professional registrations and licensing that supports their profession, and offers reimbursement of registration/certification fees. In addition, up to eight hours of paid time off is granted for exams that occur during a normally scheduled work day.

Job Opportunities Program
G&O recruits internally before looking outside the company. Since we are multi-disciplinary, we have career opportunities in various areas. Particularly in recent graduates, we find that the ability to move within an organization is of utmost importance. You may graduate with a certain interest or concentration, but realize after some time that it's not what you expected or you've teamed on a project with professionals in a different discipline, and you'd like to explore it further. G&O offers you the opportunity to apply internally for career opportunities in different disciplines, and geographic locations.

Internship/Co-Op Program
Those employees working as interns/co-ops enjoy limited benefits during their tenure in this capacity, and have the potential to earn additional time off and other benefits, as long as time worked during their internship/co-op tenure fulfills company criteria and they join G&O at the time of their graduation.
